Len Thomas Deloney founded Len T. Deloney Co., Inc. in 1963. Len T. lived in Houston, TX and was the sole sales agent for seven years, calling on customers in Texas and Louisiana. In 1970 Len T. hired his brother, Ralph Deloney, to call on customers in Louisiana. Upon Len T.'s passing in 1975, Ralph purchased the company from Len T.'s wife, Floy Belle Deloney. As president, Ralph ran the company successfully for thirty-two years.
In 2007, Mike Rinaca and Allen Andrews purchased Deloney Company. In December 2013, Mike retired following many years of faithful service. Allen now serves as president of the Len T. Deloney Company.

Power-tech Sales was founded in 2003 by Bob Gill, a long-time veteran in the electric utility sales industry. He started the company to serve the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada. Over the years, Power-tech expanded into Southern California and into El Paso, TX. As president, Bob successfully ran the company for eight years. In 2010, Power-tech Sales merged with the Len T. Deloney Company.
The company celebrated its Golden Anniversary in 2013, marking fifty years of service in the electric utility industry.
In November 2014 both companies were unified under the Deloney name. The Len T. Deloney Company now serves Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, West Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Southern Nevada, and Southern California.
